Please read them carefully before booking.

Services may vary by location, availability, practitioner, product stock and suitability.
3. Appointments and Bookings
Appointments can be made online, by telephone, by email, through WhatsApp or directly with us.
When booking, you must provide accurate contact details and let us know which treatment or service you are interested in. Some treatments may require a consultation before the appointment can be confirmed.
Your appointment is not fully confirmed until we have accepted the booking and, where applicable, received any required deposit or booking fee.
We reserve the right to refuse, reschedule or cancel an appointment where necessary, including where a treatment is not suitable, where required information has not been provided, or where a client behaves inappropriately.
4. Consultations
A consultation may be required before selected treatments, especially aesthetic treatments, injectables, skin boosters, chemical peels, facials, hair colour services, colour correction and treatments involving product application.
During your consultation, we may ask about your:
- Medical history
- Allergies
- Current medication
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding status, where relevant
- Previous treatments
- Skin concerns
- Hair history, colour history or scalp sensitivity
- Treatment goals and expectations
You must provide honest and accurate information. If important information is withheld, this may affect treatment safety, treatment suitability or results.
A consultation does not guarantee that treatment will go ahead. If we believe a treatment is unsuitable, unsafe or not in your best interests, we may decline to perform it.
5. Treatment Suitability
Not every treatment is suitable for every client. Suitability depends on factors such as health, medical history, skin condition, medication, allergies, previous procedures, treatment goals and practitioner assessment.
We may refuse to provide a treatment if:
- It is not suitable for you
- It may create an unreasonable risk
- You have not provided required information
- You appear unwell
- You are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding and the treatment is not suitable
- You are below the minimum age for the treatment
- Your expectations are unrealistic
- You refuse to follow safety or aftercare guidance
Client safety will always take priority over completing a booking.
6. Age Restrictions
Some treatments are only available to clients aged 18 or over. We may ask for valid photographic identification before providing selected treatments.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we cannot verify your age or if the treatment is not appropriate for your age group.
Children’s hair or beauty services may require a parent or guardian to be present and to provide consent.
7. Patch Testing
Patch testing may be required before selected treatments, including certain hair colour, tinting, brow, lash or skin services.
Where a patch test is required, the treatment cannot proceed unless the patch test has been completed within the required timeframe and no adverse reaction has occurred.
If you have previously reacted to a product, dye, tint, adhesive, peel or cosmetic ingredient, you must tell us before booking.
8. Deposits and Booking Fees
We may request a deposit or booking fee to secure your appointment.
Deposits and booking fees help protect appointment time and reduce missed appointments. If a deposit is required, the amount and payment method will be explained before booking.
Unless we tell you otherwise, the deposit will usually be deducted from the final treatment or service price.
Deposits may be non-refundable if you cancel late, fail to attend, arrive too late for the treatment to proceed, or do not follow booking instructions. This does not affect your statutory rights.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We recommend giving at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, fail to attend, or arrive too late for the appointment to proceed, your deposit or booking fee may be retained.
Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in future bookings requiring full payment in advance or being refused.
10. Late Arrival
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you are late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid delaying other clients. If there is not enough time to complete the treatment safely, we may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
In this situation, your deposit or booking fee may be retained.
11. Prices and Payments
Prices are listed on our website, booking system, price list or social media where applicable.
Prices may vary depending on the treatment, product used, treatment area, hair length, hair condition, colour history, complexity, practitioner assessment or consultation outcome.
We try to keep prices accurate, but prices may change from time to time. The price confirmed at the time of booking or consultation will apply unless there has been an obvious error.
Payment is due at the time of treatment or before treatment where requested.
We may accept payment by card, cash, bank transfer or online payment depending on the booking method and service.
12. Treatment Results
Treatment results vary between clients. Results may depend on factors such as your age, skin type, anatomy, lifestyle, metabolism, medical history, aftercare, previous treatments and the treatment chosen.
We will explain expected outcomes during consultation where possible, but no aesthetic, beauty, skin or hair result can be guaranteed.
Before and after images, social media content and website photographs are for general guidance only. They do not guarantee that you will achieve the same result.
13. Aesthetic Treatment Risks
Aesthetic treatments, injectables, skin boosters, peels and advanced skin treatments may involve potential risks, side effects or temporary reactions.
These may include, depending on the treatment:
- Redness
- Swelling
- Bruising
- Tenderness
- Sensitivity
- Itching
- Dryness
- Peeling
- Temporary discomfort
- Unevenness
- Product-related reactions
- Infection risk
- Unsatisfactory cosmetic outcome
- Need for review or further treatment
Specific risks will be discussed where relevant before treatment. You must follow all aftercare instructions provided.
14. Hair, Colour and Beauty Service Results
Hair and colour results may vary depending on hair condition, colour history, previous chemical treatments, home dye use, porosity, hair texture, scalp sensitivity and aftercare.
For colour correction, balayage, bright colours, creative colour or major changes, more than one appointment may be required.
We may refuse or adjust a hair service if your hair condition suggests the requested result could cause damage.
15. Aftercare
Aftercare is an important part of your treatment or service.
You agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided verbally, in writing, by message or through our website.
Failure to follow aftercare may affect your results and may increase the risk of side effects, complications or dissatisfaction.
If you experience unexpected symptoms or concerns after treatment, contact us as soon as possible so we can advise you appropriately.
16. Reviews and Follow-Up Appointments
Some treatments may require or benefit from a review appointment. We will advise you if a review is recommended.
Review appointments are not always included in the original treatment price unless clearly stated.
If you are concerned about a result, you must contact us within a reasonable time and allow us to assess the issue before seeking correction elsewhere.
17. Refunds
Because many of our services involve professional time, consultation, product use and personalised treatment, refunds are not automatically provided once a service has been carried out.
However, if there is a genuine issue with a service, please contact us promptly so we can review the matter fairly.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer advice, a review appointment, a correction, partial refund or other appropriate solution.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
18. Product Purchases
If we sell skincare, haircare, aftercare products or other retail items, product purchases may be subject to separate return conditions.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Faulty products should be reported to us as soon as possible with proof of purchase.
19. Gift Vouchers and Offers
Where gift vouchers, discounts, promotions or offers are available, they are subject to their own conditions.
Unless stated otherwise:
- Offers cannot usually be combined with other promotions.
- Offers are subject to availability.
- Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Lost or stolen gift vouchers may not be replaced.
- Expiry dates must be followed.
- Promotional prices may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
20. Client Behaviour
We expect all clients to treat our staff, practitioners, stylists and other clients with respect.
We do not tolerate abusive, threatening, discriminatory, aggressive, inappropriate or unsafe behaviour.
We reserve the right to refuse service, end an appointment or cancel future bookings where behaviour is unacceptable.
21. Personal Belongings
Please take care of your personal belongings when attending an appointment.
We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal items unless caused by our negligence.
22. Medical Advice
Information on our website, social media, consultation materials or messages is for general information only and does not replace medical advice from a doctor, pharmacist or qualified healthcare professional.
If you have a medical condition, are taking medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are unsure whether a treatment is suitable, you should seek appropriate medical advice before booking.
In an emergency or if you experience serious symptoms, you should seek urgent medical help.
23. Website Information
We try to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, treatment information, prices, availability, opening times, product details and service descriptions may change.
Website content is provided for general information and should not be treated as personalised advice.
We are not responsible for temporary website errors, downtime, inaccurate third-party information or issues caused by external booking, payment or communication systems.
24. External Links
Our website may include links to third-party websites, booking systems, payment platforms, social media pages or external resources.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, security or terms of third-party websites.
25. Photography and Marketing
We may ask to take photographs before, during or after selected treatments for consultation, treatment planning, record keeping or progress comparison.
Photographs will only be used for marketing, website, social media or promotional purposes if you give permission.
You can refuse marketing use of your images without affecting your treatment.
26. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
This may include information needed for bookings, consultations, treatment records, consent forms, aftercare, payments and communication.
Please read our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use and protect your personal data.
27. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, website, booking process, pricing, legal requirements or business operations.
The latest version will be available on our website.
By continuing to use our website or book services after changes are made, you agree to the updated Terms and Conditions.
28. Complaints

If you are unhappy with your experience, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and try to resolve the issue.
Please contact:

When making a complaint, please include your name, contact details, appointment date, treatment or service received and a clear explanation of your concern.
29. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
We are not responsible for loss, damage, dissatisfaction or complications caused by inaccurate information provided by you, failure to follow aftercare, treatment received elsewhere, undisclosed medical history, undisclosed medication, or factors outside our reasonable control.
30. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
